Service Description

1.5-Hour Extended Family Session – $400 (includes GST) Ideal for larger groups, cousins, grandparents, or multiple related families. Includes at least 250+ high-resolution images in both colour and black & white, delivered on USB. Sessions can be held outdoors or in-home as a lifestyle/mobile studio session.

Cancellation Policy

Your session includes the photography coverage, digital images, and editing outlined in the package selected at the time of booking. All proofs, digital files, sample prints, and negatives remain the property of Carolyn Budreski Photography Inc. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, images may be used for portfolio, advertising, social media, display, and promotional purposes. Every reasonable effort will be made to safeguard images and provide the agreed services. In the unlikely event of loss, damage, or failure to deliver images, liability is limited to a refund of monies paid or, at the Photographer's discretion, a reshoot. The Client is responsible for ensuring participants arrive on time and are available during the session. The Photographer is not responsible for uncooperative children or adults. Sessions will not be refunded due to participant behaviour. Late arrivals may reduce shooting time. Rescheduling & Cancellation Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to change your booking. Sessions may be rescheduled due to illness, severe weather, or other circumstances at the Photographer's discretion. A $100 cancellation fee applies to cancellations made between 24 hours and 3 hours before the session. Cancellations made with less than 3 hours' notice, or failure to attend, will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the session fee. Retainers are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a rescheduled session when sufficient notice is provided and a new date is available. Images are provided for personal use only and may not be sold, licensed, or used commercially without written permission. The Photographer is not liable for any injury, accident, allergic reaction, loss, or damage occurring during the session. Any concerns regarding photographic services must be submitted within 10 days of image delivery. Uncooperative participants, lateness, weather conditions beyond the Photographer's control, or no-shows do not constitute grounds for a refund or reshoot. Digital images and/or USB products will be available for pickup or mailout 2–3 weeks after the session.
