Calgary Wedding Photography Prices
Premium photos, Practical Prices.
I hope to become not only your wedding photographer but also your family, newborn, maternity etc.... photographer :)My goal is to build a relationship with you, not just cover a single event :) Please note: coverage under 4 hours can only be booked within 3 months of the wedding date, as priority is given to full-day and out-of-province bookings. Summary of Packages:
1. Just the Basics (1.5hrs) – Econo: $699+GST, Premium: 849+GST, Premium+3day rush:$999+GST
2. Essentials(>3hrs) – Econo: $1249+GST, Premium: $1649+GST
3. Half-Day (4hr) – Econo: $1599+GST, Premium: $1999+GST
4. Full Day Lite (6-7hr)–Econo: $1999+GST, Premium: $2599+GST
5. Full Day Standard (8-9hr) – Econo: $2599+GST, Premium: $3199+GST
6. Full Day Extended (10-11hr) – Econo: $3199+GST, Premium: $3999+GST
5. No Limits (up to 15hr), Multi Day – Premium: $4777+GST, International: $9999+GST
ECONO vs. PREMIUM:
ECONO: Includes all photos, lightly edited, with a longer turnaround time. Sneak Peek delivered within 2–3 weeks; finished USB delivered within 3–6 months. ECONO packages can be paid via e-transfer.
PREMIUM: Includes all photos, lightly edited, plus custom à la carte Photoshop artwork credits (valued at $30 each) and an expedited turnaround time. Sneak Peek delivered within 1 week; finished USB delivered within 6 weeks. PREMIUM packages can be paid via e-transfer or credit card.
Additional PREMIUM Perks: Travel fees are waived to select Alberta destinations on all PREMIUM packages, regardless of coverage hours. Travel fees to select Maritime Province destinations are waived on PREMIUM packages of 6+ hours, and travel fees to most Canada-wide destinations are waived on PREMIUM packages of 8 + hours.
A 25% Retainer is required to book all packages. Balance is due on or before wedding day.

2. Essentials(>3hrs) – Econo: $1249+GST, Premium: $1649+GST
For short weddings

Coverage: Ceremony + formals, typically all in the same location

Photos: All lightly edited high-resolution images in color & black & white (on USB) (approx 400 images)

Premium: includes 30 Retouch credits ($900 Value), Faster delivery. Travel fees to select Canadian destinations waived, can be paid via Credit Card.
3. Half-Day (4hr) – Econo: $1599+GST, Premium: $1999+GST
A great choice for ceremony, formals & 1hr (ish) of reception coverage

4. Full Day Lite (6-7hr) – Econo: $1999+GST, Premium: $2599+GST
A great choice for full ceremony, formals & some reception coverage + engagement session

Steps to Book:

3. Sign and return the contract
4. Pay your retainer to secure the spot!
💲 To Book: Total Package Price = Package Price + GST. A 25% retainer of the total package price is required to secure your booking.
Please note that your day is not held until both contract and retainer payment have been received.
Outside Calgary Limits? Travel Fees for Econo Packages are $100/hr calculated from South Calgary + Permit Fees + License Fees. Want to skip the fees? Inquire about a Premium Package.

What Are Retouch Credits?

While all images are edited (light corrections + enhancements), Retouch credits allow extra custom edits for things like:

Skin touch-ups

Body reshaping (only if requested)

Object removal

Fixing wrinkles, tan lines, or dress issues

Think of them as an "edit insurance policy"—you can customize final edits based on what matters most to you!

My Editing Process

All photos get a light edit (color & exposure corrections).

Top shots receive additional Photoshop edits.("Detailed Edits")

Retouch credits allow extra refinements—like fixing unexpected issues (pimples, tan lines, dress wrinkles, or background distractions).

I don’t alter faces or body shapes unless specifically requested.
This price list is intended for weddings with up to ~150 guests.
