Lifestyle newborn photography captures real, candid family moments at home using natural light without props, while studio newborn photography is a more posed session in a dedicated studio, featuring props, backdrops, and artificial lighting where needed, for classic, stylized images of the baby. The choice between them depends on whether you prefer the natural, documentary feel of home or the meticulously styled, controlled environment of a studio.
